Short description
The contracting authority needs a framework agreement that will cover the participants' need for AV equipment and accompanying services in order to contribute to good, overall deliveries and the correct use of equipment.
The procurement is split into the following delivery areas:
- Classrooms (AV equipment and accompanying services that are typically required in a classroom in sixth form colleges).
- Meeting room including information screens (AV equipment and accompanying services that are typically required in a County
meeting room. The delivery are also includes information screens.)
- Special rooms including streaming. (AV equipment and accompanying services that are typically required for a county meeting room, e.g.
lecture rooms, gymnasiums, streaming rooms, Audio, photo and video studio equipment. The delivery area also includes streaming.)
Tenderers can submit tenders for one or several delivery areas.
