Short description
Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] (the Client) needs a platform that will support management of inquiries and case flow. Therefore it has been decided to procure a new platform for comprehensive management of internal and external communication, dialogue and inquiries in Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration]. The platform will be an important ‘motor’ in the further digitalisation in areas that currently ;have lacking or no ICT support. The platform will be an important piece in the transformation to digital first choice and an insight-driven organisation, and be business critical with regard to the processes and user groups that use the platform. It is important for the Client to acquire a stable and proven platform, that also can be further developed in order to cover new need in the contract period.
