New framework agreement for operational leasing of vehicles, and administration of the county’s vehicle fleet.
The County needs all brands within the segments passenger/goods/cargo/minibus up to 7.5 tonne and the tenderers must be able to deliver fossil fuel, electric vehicle, hybrid, hydrogen and gas. All vehicles must be able to be driven locally and service and maintenance must be carried out at a local brand workshop. Dependent on vehicle type, one must be able to select leasing periods from two to five years.
Vehicle administration means administration of the vehicle fleet. This includes, among other things, ordering of new vehicles, administration of fuel cards, service, maintenance, repair, replacement vehicle in the event of downtime, damage regulation, tyre hotel, toll scheme and operation of a database with all necessary information.
The county's existing framework agreement with the current supplier is extended until a new contract is signed, anticipated to be March 2022.
