Aalto University Foundation sr, operating as Aalto University, shall publish an invitation to tender for ERP / Financial Backbone system in 2022. The purpose of this notice is to identify and establish contact with suppliers of ERP systems for further discussion, as part of a market survey prior to execution of the procurement. The new system will support a variety of Aalto University’s processes such as project cost allocation, purchase-to-pay, invoice-to-cash, closing and reporting, budget and estimate, and donations process. The new system will need to work seamlessly in the Aalto University solution landscape with other systems supporting processes such as Human Capital Management, Customer Relations Management and reporting through data warehouse. The implementation of the system will be part of a separate procurement.
