The contracting authority would like a framework agreement for consultancy services within strategy.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within strategy consulting, strategy development, strategy implementation, and strategy realisation. We would like to use the framework agreement to join up with competence and capacity that can assist us within the mentioned areas, as well as assistance with project management and project implementation of needs that arise in the contract period (the purpose needs, and scope are detailed in point 2.2 of the requirements specification).
