The invitation to tender concerns the procurement of food packaging and service of the municipality's machines.
Purpose of the procurement
The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) supplier for the delivery of packaging for existing packaging machines, which are used in the municipal kitchen operations.
The user locations are municipal industrial kitchens, kitchens at nursing homes, at residential and activity centres, canteens, etc. The contracting authority's user locations vary in size and have different needs. The procurement pattern will, therefore, vary from user locations to user locations.
Periodic maintenance and service of the packaging machines will also be relevant for some of the user locations.
