Short description
The framework agreement deals with professional advice in the energy area after ordering from the client. In addition, it will provide professional advice for public institutions, energy utilities and other partners in development cooperation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Norway's foreign service missions may also, by further agreement with Norad, call off the agreement within the subject area energy.
