The procurement is for the hire of tractors and machines with drivers for winter maintenance in the form of snow clearing and clearing roads and open spaces that the municipality is responsible for.
The contest is for areas 5-16, which make up sub-contracts.
There is a large variation in the amounts of snow each winter in Farsund, and the need for snow clearing is therefore difficult to predict. The contracting authority's starting point is an estimated value of approx. NOK 1,500,000 a year in total for all areas, but in order to allow for variations in amounts of snow, the maximum value is et to NOK 2,000,000 a year in total for all areas. The framework agreement has, therefore, an estimated value of NOK 6,000,000 in total over 4 years, and a maximum value of NOK 8,000,000 a year over 4 years.
