Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the contract.
Alternative tenders cannot be submitted. By alternative offers, the contracting authority means offers where the tenderer proposes alternative solutions in relation to the requirement specification that the tender documentation prepares for, and that does not fulfil one or more of the minimum requirements.
It is possible to submit parallel tenders. A parallel tender means several tenders from the same tenderer, each of which fulfil the minimum requirements. Any parallel tenders must be submitted complete and separately. They will be evaluated as separate tenders in accordance with the stated award criteria.
