Short description
The aim is to have a framework agreement that covers the county's need for office supplies, copy paper, and free school materials, which are produced, packed, and transported at a good price, and which fulfil the county's environmental requirements.
Purpose of the procurement
The aim is to ensure that the Vestfold og Telemark County's, hereafter called the contracting authority, need for office supplies, copy paper, and free school materials is met in a cost effective, environmentally and socially responsible way.

The framework agreement duration is two years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, up to 1 year at a time. The total duration of the contract will be a maximum of four years.
