The assignment includes operation of Gåsavika gjenvinningsstasjon [Gåsavika recycling station] at Sand in Suldal Municipality, and other minor assignments in an area (hereafter shortened to ‘Suldal’) including all of Suldal Municipality and the part of Hjelmeland Municipality located on the mainland north of Jøsenfjorden [Jøsen fjord]. The area has approx. 3,800 inhabitants..
