Bane NOR would like to procure a new framework agreement for an access control system, including procurement of the system, parts, and maintenance. The contest also includes a sub-contest for maintenance and sub-deliveries for the existing system. Tenderers can submit tenders for one of the two sub-contests (for the new and existing systems respectively), or both. Bane NOR invites tenderers to submit tenders in the contest based on the selection critieria. In the actual tender phase quality will count for 60% and price for 40%.
