Valgdirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Elections]shall establish a framework agreement for goods and services related to the mechanical counting of voting slips. This includes the hire and sale of:
- PCs and accompanying equipment
- Database components
- Infrastructure
- Consultancy service related to the installation of the EVA Scanning system and setup of the database and infrastructure .
- On- and off site support of installation and setup.
