DFØ [the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management] c/o Statens innkjøpssenter [the Central Purchasing Body] intends to announce a contest for a Government joint contract for purchase of mobile units at the start of November 2021. Draft of the primary tender documents is completed. In connection with the final phase of the work, we want to give suppliers the opportunity to provide inputs to the competition. In consideration of planned progress in the process, we encourage interested suppliers to provide their input by 29 October 2021, 12:00.

The central Purchasing Body holds the contest on behalf of the contracting authorities. The Central Purchasing Body is the contract owner and is responsible for strategic contract management. The individual contracting authority and ordering units will have operative responsibility for the framework agreement through ordering and follow-up of the deliveries.
The contract concerns mobile telephones and tablets with associated services and additional equipment. Operator services are not included.
