Short description
The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing has a need for removing snow and ice from the roofs of municipal properties during the winter seasons. Work must always be carried out by the tenderer so that persons are able to pass the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing's properties safely, and so that the buildings, roofs, and other objects are not damaged by large or dangerous amounts of snow and ice.
In addition to removing snow, icicles and patches of ice from roofs, connected areas must also be marked and secured. The contract also includes regular inspections and risk assessments for exposed properties, in order to implement preventive or immediate measures.
