PILAR invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with the hire of an IT operation provider PILAR wants an Operating Agreement for the operation of our systems in addition to a general Assistance Agreement for regular hiring of consultants on a weekly basis.
Only pre-qualified tenderers are invited participate in the following open tender contest.
The aim is to enter into a contracts with one tenderer.
