The intention of this assignment is to get an assessment of the needs and proposals for a system for the further development of the decision basis in the transport sector based on the socio-economic analyses. This includes mapping the current methods and best practice, as well as how the results from the analysis work that transport entities do can be used better in the decision basis in the sector and in the work on the National Transport Plan.
The work is to be done within a limit of NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT, with deliveries of parts 1, 2 and 3 by 8 December 2021. In addition there is an option (part 4) for further development in 2022 within a limit of NOK 1 million excluding VAT. The option will be assessed in January 2022, so that this could be taken up and the work could start tentatively in February 2022, with the goal of completing the final report for part 4 by July 2022. The estimated total value of the contract, including options, is NOK 2.5 million excluding VAT.
