Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad and Stord municipalities, in this document called the contracting authority, intend to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of welfare technology equipment and the associated services; Hire of digital safety alarms, sensors, localisation technology, electronic medicine dispensers, digital supervision etc. and alarm reception and installation services. The contracting authority's goal is that the equipment will be an assistant so that elderly can live safely in their homes as long as possible. The Norwegian Directorate of Health's recommendations concerning the welfare technology sector will be used as a basis.
