Sund og Bælt Holding A/S – a public company owned 100% by the Danish state - is considering to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier regarding operation and further development of its current Azure platform.
Sund og Bælt Holding A/S wishes to conduct a market investigation in order to inform the market about the possible tender for a framework agreement with one supplier regarding operation and further development of its current Azure platform. Further, Sund og Bælt Holding A/S wishes to obtain relevant information about IT solutions and services available in the market. An important part of the market investigation is this request for information (‘RFI’), which is aimed at suppliers of such IT solutions and services. The RFI process consists of the following two stages:
1.The RFI Questionnaire — suppliers are invited to provide a brief written response to the RFI Questionnaire; and
2.RFI meetings — Sund og Bælt Holding A/S will engage in 1-on-1 discussions with respondents to the RFI Questionnaire in order to gain an even better understanding of the responses given in the RFI Questionnaire.
Sund og Bælt Holding A/S expects that RFI meetings will take place in September and October 2021, starting in week 38.

Sund og Bælt Holding A/S invites IT suppliers to register to participate in the RFI by responding to this notice in accordance with the procedure described below.
Although Sund og Bælt Holding A/S encourages suppliers to participate in both stages of the RFI, Sund og Bælt Holding A/S notes that the registration does not imply an obligation to fill in the RFI Questionnaire or to take part in the RFI meetings.

Sund og Bælt Holding A/S will issue further information to registered participants. The information will include further details of the RFI process, the RFI Questionnaire and background information on Sund og Bælt Holding A/S’ current Azure platform and roadmap for further development.

Registration, further information, including guidelines regarding the RFI process may be obtained by sending a request in EU Supply cf. I.3 above.

The deadline for submitting a brief written response to the RFI Questionnaire is Monday 13 September 2021 at 12:00.

The RFI Questionnaire may be submitted with responses in either Danish or English.

Kindly note, that Sund og Bælt Holding A/S reserves the right to limit participation in the RFI and late registrations may not be progressed. Furthermore, Sund og Bælt Holding A/S reserves the right to limit participation in the RFI meetings at its own discretion, taking into account factors including but not limited to the quality and applicability of the responses received.
