Rælingen kommune (Rælingen Municipality) wants to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for fleet management and associated services.
The purchasing system concerns both leasing and purchase of vehicles and associated services.
The purchasing system must cover the municipality's need for transport, as well as safeguard the regional and local guidelines to reduce environmental impact. Rælingen Municipality intends, to a greater degree than previously; increase the proportion of zero-emissions vehicles/biogas vehicles hereunder reduce operating costs, where such vehicles can satisfy the transport need.
