Procurement of rental car services.
The purpose of entering into a framework agreement with a rental car supplier is to ensure NMBU, the Veterinærinstituttet [the Veterinary Institute] and NIBIO good and efficient access to rental cars when needed. It will primarily concern short-term rental, but long-term rental may also be relevant.
