The contracting authority would like to use this contest to enter into a framework agreement for engineering design services (preliminary engineering design services, detailed engineering design services, general advice, and the preparation of technical plans) within water and sewage and roads. Kvinnherad Municipality is holding a tender contest on behalf of Kvinnherad Municipality and Tysnes Municipality.
