Short description
The contest is for the operation of bus services, primarily in Oslo, but some of the bus routes also go into Viken County.
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for two route areas:
• route area 1 Inner City North-South;
• route area 2 Inner City East-West.
Tenderers may submit tenders for one or both route areas.
Separate contracts will be signed based on separate evaluations for each route area.
The routes have an estimated 8 900 000 route kilometres for both route areas. Ruter estimates that there will be a need for around 210 scheduled buses in order to cover this route production.
The entire route production must be zero-emission from the start-up date. An option must be delivered for high capacity buses for route area 2. In this option some chosen routes will use high capacity buses.
