To investigate fishing grounds, Fiskeridirektoratet (the Directorate of Fisheries) wants to hire fishing vessels that are rigged and suitable for efficient and practical implementation of missions, including catches and catch measurements. The vessel must be associated with a cod trawling license north of 62
Personnel from the Directorate of Fisheries sea services will participate in the execution of missions. Missions will be carried out following instructions from these personnel, including where, when and for how long the fishing and catch operations will be performed. Instrument testing etc. could also be carried out.
Personnel from cooperating departments/sections could also participate in missions if required.
Catches from the missions will belong to the vessel.
Initially the missions will have a duration of approx. 21 days. However, reservation is made that the number of lease-days can be adjusted due to allocation of funds and internal prioritisations.
Mission periods/lots:
1) June 2021 (21 days);
2) July/August 2021 (21 days);
3) September 2021 (21 days);
4) November 2021 (21 days).
