Moss Municipality would like to relevant tenderers to a dialogue meeting before the contest. The meetings will be held with one tenderer at a time.
The intention of the meetings is to get a better insight into the market and possible solutions, etc. The environment and environmental requirements will be central topics. Further information and the agenda will be sent to registered interested parties before the meeting.
The meetings will be held on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 June on Teams. One hour will be set aside for each meeting.

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the provision of transport services in Moss Municipality.
There is a varied need for both ad-hoc and scheduled routes. Below is a brief overview of the transport need (not exhaustive):
• to and from day centres, activity centres, dementia centres, welfare centres, and institutions;
• to and from nurseries, schools, etc.;
• goods transport;
• employees.
The estimated scope a year is between NOK 1 500 000 and NOK 2 000 000 excluding VAT. Driving to and from day centres and institutions will make up most of the assignments, followed by driving to and from primary and secondary schools.
