Anskaffelse av rammeavtale om målrettet norskopplæring i 2 år med opsjon om forlengelse i 1+1 år for leveringsstedene Jessheim, Lillestrøm, Ski og Moss.

Tiltaket skal være løpende med opptak 1-2 ganger pr måned.
Tiltaket skal inneholde kartlegging og individuelt tilpasset opplæring. Dette innebærer også praktisk opplæring i bedrift.
