UiT Norges arktiske universitet (the Arctic University of Norway) hereby announces that they will enter into a contract for the purchase of a Piper Malibu Matrix PA-46 in order to compliment our aeroplane fleet for IFR flying at UTSA. See the attached justification for further information about the award of contract.
