Short description
The contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers who shall assist in planning, designing, conducting and analysing quantitative and qualitative surveys. The goals of the assignments are to reveal and describe attitudes, values, actions and experiences, using methods such as telephone interviews, web form surveys, panels, omnibuses, interviews and focus groups.
The agreement period will be valid for 2 years from the date the agreement is signed, with an extension for up to 1 + 1 year extension.
