The purchasing system shall cover the requirements for hire of consultancy and advisory services for project and programme management. This includes, but not limited to, the following areas:
Project and programme management as well as project support and assistance.
Process management; facilitating processes where the Customer is responsible for the project.
Manage and assist in connection with implementing and out-sourcing projects, alteration management.
Other project related consultancy services and elucidations.
The Dynamic purchasing system does not include ICT consultancy services.
