The main purpose is to gain more knowledge about the two joint child welfare and health institutions. We want more knowledge about the operations of the organisation and the professional content in the institutions, hereunder:
• professional basis and approach to Omsorgs- og endringsmodellen (OEM) (the Care and change model);
• health and child welfare personnel ‘should to shoulder’;
• experiences with local health personnel from the point of view of both child welfare and health employees;
• children's experiences;
• employees experiences;
• documentation of treatment result (pre and post results of ASEBA).
