Statens vegvesen (the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) and Bane Nor, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, wants tenders for the hire of explosives seeking dogs.
The purpose of the procurement is that the Contracting Authority will have access to resources where dogs detect explosives residue in connection with building and construction activity. The assignment is a joint project between the Norwegian Public Roads Authority and Bane Nor, where both parties can freely use the contract as needed. The Norwegian Public Roads Authority is the contracting party.
