Through a letter of award in 2020, Bufdir received the task of initiating work for compliance of the regulations in the municipalities in priority areas. In this connection, Bufdir will also ensure that possible follow-up points from judgements handed down by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in the field of child welfare are informed about and implemented in the municipalities. As part of this assignment, Bufdir will develop an e-learning course in order to increase the administrative competence in municipal child welfare. Requirements concerning analysis, evaluations and documentation will among other things be central.
