The objective of this framework agreement is meet the need for cost-effective procurement of canteen equipment and service of the equipment for all canteens operated by the canteen operator in an agreement with the Ministries' safety and service organization (DSS).
The agreement is entered into with DSS, but other agencies affiliated with the Ministry, the Prime Minister's Office (SMK) and the Government Advocate can also use this agreement and are to be regarded as Customers in accordance with this agreement.
The tender contest includes two contracts:
sub-contract 1: purchase of small canteen equipment;
sub-contract 2: purchase and service of large canteen equipment.
The total contract value is estimated to be approx. NOK 6-8 million for the entire contract period, including options divided into sub-contract 1 approx. NOK 1 million, and sub-contract 2 NOK 5 -7 million.
