BIR Nett AS invite tenderers to a competition for a contract in the project Waste network terminal and an office building Nygårdstangen. The turnkey contract comprises detailed engineering design services for and the construction of a waste network terminal and an office building, with the accompanying outdoor areas and infrastructure.
• the waste terminal includes level 1-level 2 as well as sections of level 3;
• the office building includes sections of level 3 as levels 4-8;
• various outdoor works;
• ground works including structures and installations in the ground;
• co-ordination with the waste engineering provider Envac Norge AS.
The waste engineering contract for the waste network terminal was subject to a separate turnkey contract. This contract has been awarded to Envac AS.
