Short description
Harstad Municipality invites tenderers to submit tenders for the operation of Blåhuset, Hans Egedes gate 17, 9405 Harstad on behalf of Harstad Municipality.
Blåhuset must be operated with the following purpose:
• the warming shelter in the ground floor shall be a service which improves the quality of life for drug and alcohol addicts and at the same time encourage a positive change in the behaviour;
• the night lodging service in the first floor shall be a service for homeless who live in Harstad municipality.
Option:
• follow-up residents living in the Kvadraten flats.
