The Agder owners have carried out an ownership message formulated a policy and limits that will contribute to predictability both for Agder Energi, the market and the surrounds. In the ownership message it became clear that the Agder municipalities also believe that at any given time it is important to assess the potential in different types of cooperation, possibly functions and acquisition which related to Agder Energi. Regardless, the assumption is that structural changes should also provide more value for the owners, that the coordinated municipal owners have control over the company and that significant shareholder values are secured for future generations.
