Spordrift AS needs to procure fuel for work machines and railroad vehicles. Spordrift (the contracting authority) includes 3 regions where fuel tanks are situated at a number of locations. The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier who can deliver fuel to all locations.
