Short description
The Norwegian Communications Authority, henceforth referred to as Nkom would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for cleaning the premises located in Nygård 1, Lillesand.
The needs and scope are specified in Annex 1: Requirements specification. The actual volume can vary based on changes in grants, activities, reorganisations, and other framework terms.
The contract period is up to 4 years. The initial contract period is 2 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1 — one year at a time, for a maximum of 2 times. Any contract extension must be activated at least 3 months before the contract expires.
The contractual relationship will be regulated by NS 8431. The contract cannot include significant reservations.
