Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) [the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ)] shall, in co-operation with Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency), enter into two framework agreements. One framework agreement applies to AV and camera equipment and the other framework agreement includes studio equipment.
The Agencies are situated in Oslo, Stavanger, Trondheim, Harstad, Leikanger og Brønnøysund respectively. Both framework agreements include all locations.
Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) [the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ)], in co-operation with Digitaliseringsdirektoratet (the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency) hereby notify about two pending tender contests. One of the tender contest includes a framework agreement with a supplier/partner who delivers video conference systems, small and large screen solutions, as well as audio solutions for our meeting and conference rooms. In the second tender contest, we want to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier/partner for the delivery of studio equipment for, for example PTZ cameras, LED lights, sound and image mixers, capture cards, monitor solutions, colour-calibrated screens, cables, accessories, control systems, software and equivalent equipment for photography as well as recording and streaming of video and audio.
We are now in the process of preparing the tender documentation with associated requirements. We are planning the publication of both tender contests as soon as this work is completed. This prior information notice is intended as early information so that relevant tenderers can prepare for the two pending tender contests and any involvement of sub-suppliers. We assume that one supplier has the principal liability for the entire delivery under the two framework agreements.
We are planning a framework agreement period for 2 years with an option 1 year + 1 year extension for the contracting authority. The estimated annual value for each framework agreement is between NOK 1-5 million during the entire agreement period.
We are planning to carry out the framework agreements as open tender contests The expected publication of both contests is mid-March 2021 and we plan for the framework agreements to be in operation during June 2021.
