The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for maintenance and repair of the university college's access control systems of the type symmetry and salto. The procurement will include technical telephone support, troubleshooting, delivery of components and assembly. In addition, software licenses and conversion of data from symmetry to Salto. We envisage that replacements, upgrades and expansions will be with Salto technology so that in the long run we will have one system for access control. Procurement of maintenance services is the main element of the contract.
