Short description

Long-term lease and service agreements will be entered for up to 800 places in new long-term homes. The leasing agreements will be valid for 30 years, with an option for 10 years extension. The service agreements will be valid for 8 years with an option for 1 year + 1 year extension. The tenderers shall have a total responsibility for delivering (designing, projecting, construction and letting), as well as managing, operating and maintaining the long-term homes. The tenderers must finance, manage, operate and maintain the long-term homes in a life-cycle perspective. When the long-term homes are opened and ready for operation, the tenderers will receive remuneration during the operating period. The tenderer shall also provide services in the buildings, based on negotiated and signed service agreements. The services agreements are reserved for non-profit participants. The contracting authority needs long-term homes related to somatic and psychiatry.
