Barne-, unge- og familiedirektoratet (Bufdir) (the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs) invites tenderers to participate in a contest for evaluation of the use and knowledge of:
1) The UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities (CRPD) in selected county governor offices and municipalities; and
2) Sjumilssteget, a national initiative for implementation of the UN conventions on children’s rights. Sjumilssteget deals with strengthening the competence in the county governors’ offices in order to assist municipalities to ensure that children's rights are safeguarded. The purpose is to gain new knowledge of the work with the UN conventions in management in general, and new knowledge about the Sjumilssteg initiative and the implementation of CRPD in particular.
