Through this contract, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (the Customer) shall be given access to one or more IT competence teams with flexible capacity that must assist in the development, management and maintenance of the system portfolio for the road and transport area.
The objective of the contract is to ensure:
• development, administration and maintenance of the solutions in the system portfolio;
• quality across the solutions in the system portfolio included in the contract;
• that the solutions uphold/improve their quality so that the solutions do not depreciate over time;
• that the solutions are facilitated for stable and predictable operation;
• access to the necessary competence when required;
• a joint venture partner for the maintenance of the solutions over time.
