The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for leasing cars within several categories.
The leasing period for the cars must be 4 years.
The scope of chargeable hybrids versus fully electric cars can be affected by the price difference between them. The greater the price difference between them, the lesser scope there will be of the most expensive category, with an accompanying increase of scope in the cheapest category.
The categories consist of the following:
1) Chargeable hybrids;
2) Fully electric cars;
3) Utility vehicles;
4) Petrol/diesel cars.
