The subject of the procurement is an online platform where software developers can learn secure coding skills and cybersecurity. Veikkaus has a need to provide continuous security training to its software developers that is not bound by time and/or place. Veikkaus intends to launch a platform to its developers that teaches secure coding practices based on modern threats that can be exploited and fixed within the exercises that platform offers to users. The desired solution is usable from modern web browser (SaaS model) and it allows development teams to track their progress and compete against each other. Preferably the lessons are built as an attack/defense pair so that developers can observe the software weaknesses by first learning the attack or security flaw and then solving the challenge by learning the proper defenses against the attack.The procurement contains the following parts•Access to the platform and its content. •Supporting services and updates to the extent of the whole contract period.•Supporting services during the introduction of the software / platform.•Sharing best practices of using the software / platform.Annex 1 describes the mandatory requirements of the service in more detail. The criterion for selecting tenders is the total price. In order to to be selected, a service provider must meet all the set requirements in an approved manner.
