The contracting authority needs maintenance and upgrading of outdoor areas with associated equipment on the properties. Our tenants are districts and municipal agencies. The framework agreement for major outdoor works shall cover Omsorgsbygg's needs for outdoor works in a purposeful and cost-effective manner that safeguards the environment and universal design.
