Business Finland is the Finnish innovation funding, trade, investment and travel promotion organisation, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with 40 offices around the world. With this request for information (market consultation) Business Finland is seeking information on service providers interested in delivering travel and expense management system. Preliminary scope: Business Finland has a need for a travel and expense management system, which would be used both in Finland and in 40 other Business Finland Oy locations in all continents of the world to process all travel and expense claims. There are around 600 potential users globally of which the majority is located in Finland. The system should support Finnish tax regulations regarding daily and kilometer allowances. It would be beneficial if the system could comply automatically with other Business Finland Oy countries’ national regulations on daily and kilometer/mileage allowances. The number of claims handled yearly through the system is around 10 000 claims. The system should be available at least in English language but local language options would be appreciated. The system should have the possibility for integration to HR, Navision and KATRE systems. The system should allow travel account and credit card information inflow.
