The municipalities: Bømlo, Etne, Fitjar, Haugesund, Kvinnherad, Stord, Tysnes, Utsira and Vindafjord, in this notice referred to as the contracting authority, aim at entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of electric power, portfolio management of electric power and associated services.
