The contracting authority is Andøy, Bø, Lødingen and Øksnes municipalities. The municipalities are located in Vesterålen in Nordland County. The contracting authority wants to be future-oriented with focus on high-quality services and an open administration culture. The Municipality wants to procure an ERP system for payroll/HRs that ensure the requirement related to quality, work-flow and user-friendliness. The system must interact with current and future solutions/systems both internally in the Municipality and externally with other joint venture partners with open standards.
