The competition concerns winter operation of municipal roads, foot and bicycles paths and spaces in Lillestrøm Kommune [Lillestrøm Municipality] from and including autumn 2020. The municipality is divided into seven areas and contracts will be awarded to one tenderer in each of the seven areas.
The competition does not include municipal properties.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority has procured for approx. NOK 12 million — NOK 15 million excluding VAT per year in recent years. The volume during the contract period will depend on i.a. Weather conditions, the contracting authority's need, activities, budget situation and other framework factors.
